01 Informatica Srl has always been committed to corporate management based on transparency, responsibility, and sustainability. In line with these principles and evolving regulations, we have undertaken a structured path to ensure full compliance with the provisions regarding Corporate Crisis Management<\/strong> and to strengthen our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)<\/strong> principles.<\/p>\n

ESG Report and Corporate Transparency<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To consolidate and measure our commitment, 01 Informatica Srl has initiated the drafting of its ESG report<\/strong>, a fundamental tool for monitoring and communicating our performance in environmental, social, and governance areas.<\/p>\n

The first ESG report was officially released on February 26, 2025<\/strong>, marking a significant milestone towards a more conscious corporate management aligned with sustainability criteria. This document provides a clear overview of our policies and initiatives, highlighting areas for improvement and future actions aimed at enhancing our positive impact on the market and society.<\/p>\n

    Further confirming our commitment to operating with integrity and in compliance with regulations, 01 Informatica Srl has obtained the Legality Rating “star ++”<\/strong>, a certification issued by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM<\/strong>) to companies that adhere to high standards of transparency, fairness, and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
